How do I calculate how much stone I need for my project?
To determine the quantity required, calculate the total square footage of your area (length x width) and add a 10% wastage allowance to account for cuts, breaks, and cornering.
What are your delivery options and lead times?
We offer standard pallet delivery across the UK, typically arriving within 3-5 working days. Express next-day delivery is also available for most stock items if ordered before our midday cutoff.
Is natural stone paving frost-resistant?
Yes, our high-quality sandstone, limestone, and granite products are naturally frost-resistant and durable enough to withstand harsh winter conditions when installed correctly.
Do I need to seal my stone paving after installation?
While not strictly mandatory, we highly recommend sealing natural stone to protect it against staining, algae growth, and color fading, ensuring your patio looks new for longer.
What is your return policy for over-ordered items?
We accept returns of full, unopened crates within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee may apply.
Will the color of the stone match the samples exactly?
Natural stone is a product of nature, meaning variations in color, texture, and veining are expected. Samples provide a general guide, but we recommend mixing slabs from different crates during installation for a balanced look.
