Stone cladding mesh backed can be used on curved exterior walls. Each stone cladding panel consists of multiple small stone pieces bonded to a mesh backing. When installing on curved surfaces of the wall, gently tap the panels to release the individual stone pieces from the mesh backing, and then adhere them individually to the wall, keeping their original arrangement. Due to the inherent nature of external stone cladding, fragments may loosen from the main board. When installing the cladding panel onto the desired surface, these fragments can be easily reattached, and they are less prone to breakage. Claims for natural stone strips coming loose or detaching from the stone cladding panel will not be accepted, as this is considered a natural characteristic of stone cladding.

⚠️ Stone Cladding Samples Policy:

All samples of stone cladding are non-returnable and non-refundable. The charge only covers shipping and handling costs, regardless of whether the samples arrive damaged or intact. Please note that courier handling during delivery be beyond our control, and the process may not always be as careful as that of a specialised stone logistics company.

Based on our previous experience with stone cladding samples, due to the heavy weight of the material and the rough handling process by couriers, it's quite common for samples to detach from the adhesive or cement backing during transit.

If customers are mainly interested in viewing the stone material and texture rather than the backing condition, please feel free to contact us — we'll be happy to send you a sample, provided that you understand and accept that some detachment from the backing may occur. Please also note that most stone cladding products with similar colours and structures are very likely produced by our sister factories located near our parent company's quarry area, regardless of where you purchase them in the UK.

As sample boxes, we do not use reinforced packaging to withstand rough parcel delivery or handling. Therefore, please don't worry if a stone piece becomes detached from the backing.For regular orders, all products are palletised and securely packed. It's extremely rare for any stone to come loose during transit, so there's no need for concern.

We recommend ordering a bit more at once because:

• A. Although we pack very securely, there's still a small chance of minor damage during transit.
• B. Small top-up orders sent by ParcelForce almost always arrive broken, based on our experience.

Therefore, customers should note that small quantities must be sent by pallet delivery. It's safe, but it requires paying for a ¼-weight pallet, which makes small replacements uneconomical.
