At Stone Paving Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural stone or porcelain paving. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Notify our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Pallet
Ensure all stone slabs are securely packed in their original crates or on pallets, as they must be in a resaleable condition for the return to be accepted.
- 3.Arrange Collection
We will schedule a specialized heavy-goods vehicle to collect the materials from your site; please note that return haulage fees will be deducted from your final refund.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once the materials arrive back at our depot, our team will inspect them for damage before processing your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
